Fulfillment Team Member

• Taking blanks that have been received by our receiving team for POD/Merch and attaching to packing slips with shipping labels
• Counting items heading to pretreat each day and documenting this in slack
• Quality checking all bulk/wholesale orders (putting anything with questions or concerns to the side for manager review)
• Putting hologram stickers on apparel or hang tags for licensed items
• Folding items for bulk/wholesale orders
• Making boxes for the fulfillment team to fulfill
• Helping move bins of printed items to fulfillment area
• Helping move heavy packed boxes to the front for UPS pickup
• Taking packages to the post office every day

We are so excited to be hiring a fulfillment team member! This position is Monday - Friday with part time hours. Hours are not guaranteed and need to flex up and down depending on the workload. This team member will be standing to pack orders 95% of the time. Must be able to lift and move boxes that are 50-55 lbs each. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hard working, trustworthy, a team player and takes initiative.

Assistant Receiver

Assists the Receiver with tracking and unboxing inbound packages to the shop. Once packages are delivered and arrive at Scarlet & Gold, our Assistant Receiver & Receiver are the first stops in the production process. The Assistant Receiver will open, quality check, and organize shipments of garments, accessories, or other merchandise. Receiving involves a great level of organization and attention to detail. Our Receiving team needs to be able to work alongside other departments within the Scarlet & Gold Team to keep schedule, organize orders pre-production, and communicate effectively. Communication skills, both verbal and written for keeping notes and labeling, are required. The Assistant Receiver will also be responsible for pairing all incoming blanks for print-on-demand and merch stores with their packing slip. Then the Assistant Receiver will make sure those orders are prepped for and sent to production.

Retail Position

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Demonstrating and explaining merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers' needs
• Answering customers' questions about merchandise 
• Retrieving merchandise from the retail area, stock room, or other inventory locations and organizing merchandise in the retail area
• Collecting payment using the store point of sale system
• Processing returns and exchanges
• Performing other duties as assigned

We are so excited to be hiring a retail team member! This position is Monday - Thursday afternoons, Friday full day, and home game day Saturday mornings with part time hours. This position would require prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail area and lifting up to 15 pounds at a time.

Pretreat Team Member

• Taking blanks that have been received by our receiving team for POD/Merch and bulk invoices.
• 2nd eyes for Quality checking all bulk/wholesale orders (putting anything to the side that they have questions on or might be concerned about for manager review)
• Check Pre-Treat Solution Levels - Check solution levels in treat tanks.
• Replace Clean Nozzles - Place clean and dry nozzles into the machine. Nozzles were cleaned the night before.
• Identify Treatment Level
• Operator identifies item Brand and Color of the item from the Work Order and locates the matching Brand/Color on the T-Shirt Matrix provided.
• Good communication! Pretreater will work closely with Printer verifying grams and location.
• Counting items heading to pretreat each day and documenting this in slack
