Corporate Responsibility Policy

Scarlet & Gold Corporate Responsibility Policy
Last updated: January 2025

At Scarlet & Gold, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate
responsibility across all aspects of our business operations. As a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), we adhere to rigorous ethical principles and strive to promote fair labor practices, transparency, and accountability throughout our supply chain. Our Corporate Responsibility Policy outlines our commitments and expectations for ourselves and our business partners.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Scarlet & Gold and its affiliates operate in full
compliance with national and international labor and social security laws and regulations. We
ensure that all employees are treated fairly and are entitled to their rights as mandated by law.

2. Non-Discrimination: We do not tolerate discrimination of any form in our workplace or
within our supply chain. Every individual, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability,
sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group, or ethnic origin, is treated with
dignity and respect.

3. Labor Standards: Scarlet & Gold strictly prohibits the use of prison labor, indentured labor,
bonded labor, and child labor within our operations and supply chain. We uphold the highest
standards of ethical conduct and ensure that all workers are employed legally and ethically.

4. Safety and Health: The safety and well-being of our employees are paramount. We provide a
safe and healthy workplace environment and expect our suppliers to maintain similar standards.
We take proactive measures to prevent accidents and injuries and comply with all relevant health
and safety regulations.

5. Working Hours and Overtime: We respect the rights of workers to reasonable working
hours and ensure that overtime is voluntary and compensated fairly. Our employees and those of our suppliers are not required to work more than the regular hours allowed by law, and they are entitled to sufficient rest periods.

6. Wages and Compensation: Scarlet & Gold ensures that all workers receive fair wages that
meet or exceed legal requirements. We believe that compensation should be sufficient to cover
basic needs and provide discretionary income, and we expect our suppliers to uphold similar
standards.

7. Training and Education: We provide regular training to our staff and supervisors on national
laws, workplace regulations, and the FLA code of conduct. We are committed to continuous
improvement and ensure that our employees are knowledgeable about their rights and
responsibilities.

8. Supply Chain Transparency: Scarlet & Gold prioritizes transparency in our supply chain operations. We disclose all factories and suppliers to the FLA, licensing agents, licensors, and relevant stakeholders. We adhere to the Transparency Pledge and utilize tools like the Open Data Standard for the Apparel Sector to enhance transparency and accountability.

Annually, we review and reinforce our corporate responsibility standards with our staff to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment with our values. We expect our business partners to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to uphold the principles outlined in this policy. These guidelines were updated as of January 2025.

By adhering to these principles, Scarlet & Gold seeks to promote fair labor practices, protect human rights, and contribute positively to the communities in which we operate. Should you
