Return Policy
We recognize how hard it is to feel confident in your size selection when ordering online.
In an effort to better serve you, we offer returns on apparel items only. Returns are for store credit only. All holiday, sale items, and client collection items are excluded and are final sale.
Returns for eligible items must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns must received back the S&G team within 30 days of order date.
RETURNS WITH STAINS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED / APPROVED.
*Due to the custom nature of client webstores, client collection items are NOT eligible for return. This includes any item(s) from the CLIENT COLLECTIONS tab.

If the customer doesn't opt into Checkout+ the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will provide the shipping label. If the customer opts in to Checkout+, a shipping label will be provided free of charge. Returns must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed with original stickers or tags attached.
