Ready to ship items are in stock and ship from our Auburn, Alabama office. Order fulfillment will take up to 3 business days and then your order will ship out.

Print on demand items are printed upon order. We do not keep those products in stock. Your order will be printed, packaged and shipped out within 2-7 business days of your order. These products ship directly from our manufacturer.

Your order will likely come in several shipments. We ship some products from our Auburn location and a lot of products ship directly from our manufacturers.

We accept returns for apparel items ONLY. All other products are final sale. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order if you need to return something.

Yes, but only for the items in our Ready to Ship collection.

No! Not every color option is offered in every size. Our product pages default to size extra small and there are only a few color options in this size. Select your size first and then all the color options will appear.

This means your order is not printed until you order it. The products in these collections are not in stock. Once you order, your blank is pulled and it is printed, packaged and shipped for you. This business model allows us to offer more size and color options becase we don't have to stock inventory. It also means your order takes a little longer than normal to receive. Print on demand products will ship out within 7 business days.

Yes! Each apparel product should list the measurements in the description. We also have a size guide you can view at the bottom of our site.

You will receive your store credit within 3 business days of our team receiving your returned product.

Our products are officially licensed by Auburn University and The University of Alabama. This means that a portion of each sale goes to support student scholarships.

It is illegal to sell unlicensed products. We have a team designated to making sure we abide by the rules of our license and pay the required royalties.
