Return Policy
We recognize how hard it is to feel confident in your size selection when ordering online.
In an effort to better serve you, we offer returns on apparel items only. Returns are for store credit only. All holiday, sale items, and client collection items are excluded and are final sale.Â
Self-service returns for eligible items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
*Due to the custom nature of client webstores, client collection items are NOT eligible for return. This includes any item(s) from the CLIENT COLLECTIONS tab.
We hope this alleviates any hesitation when selecting your apparel size! Please see below for all the details on returns.
To return an item, you must go through your customer account to request a return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label for your item. The cost of the return label will come out of your store credit.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will provide the shipping label. Returns must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed with original stickers or tags attached.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Return tracking information can be found in your customer account. For return address, please email us at info@scarletandgoldshop.com.
Self-Service Returns
Need to send something back? We’ve made it super simple for you!
- Click the account icon in our store’s menu.
- Log in with your email address and the six-digit code we’ll send right to your inbox.
- You will see a list of all your orders placed with Scarlet & Gold. Find the order you’d like to return and click Request Return.
- Select the items you’re sending back, tell us why, and add a quick note if you’d like.
- Hit Request Return and you’re all set!
If your return is approved and needs shipping, we’ll email you a label and step-by-step instructions. Once we receive your item, you’ll get store credit to use on your next order. All details can be tracked in your customer account portal.
